Sometimes when users are on the phone with clients, they need to keep entering the Material orders without having to create a new Sales Order/Transport Order.

Another reason could be that the Material order's location does not fit on a logical route for this order or the package was picked up by courier A but will be finished by courier B.

For these occasions, we have provided the transfer Material Order function on the Sales order, as well as the Transport order.

When you create multiple Material orders on 1 Sales order, the Material orders will be available in the Material order section.

You can choose to transfer a Material order by right-clicking the Material order you want to transfer and selecting Transfer MO.

Activated Material orders that already have an actual time cannot be transferred.
The Transfer action fully removes the Material Order from the Sales Order and opens a new Sales Order form with the Material Order and its stops on it.

The stops of the Material Order are removed from the original Sales Order only if there are no other activities on that stop.

The new Sales order will have identical Division, Customer & Service Levels as the first Sales order.

The Material order has now been removed from the first Sales order and put on his own, new Sales orders.

When you create/add multiple Material orders on 1 Transport Order, you can choose to transfer a Material order.

1) Right-click the Material Order and select Transfer MO ( see screenshot above )

2) Select the Material Order you would like to transfer or create a new Transport Order with

3) You now have 2 Transport orders that can be saved
