Chat about a specific Transport Order
All admin users will be able to read all chats, both general chats and specific chats on Transport Orders.
In the Transport Order grid, select the right Transport Order (TO) by filtering on for example the TO-number, date, origin or destination.
The text balloon symbol is a link to the chat functionality. It will be highlighted when there's an existing chat on the specific Transport Order.
When clicking on the chat icon a pop-up will open. Click "+ New Chat" and select the correct Contact by double-clicking on the name.
Type a relevant message and press "Send". It's also possible to use the "ENTER" button as a trigger to send the message, by simply selecting the button at the bottom of your chat window.
You can also select the option to send your chat message as an e-mail if the relevant user is offline.
A small warning is in its place: every message or "enter" will be send as separate e-mail so be aware of this setting.
You can also add multiple users to the same chat window, or by selecting "+ New Chat" you can have separate chats with different people concerning the same Transport Order.
General Chat
You can open a general chat by opening the Chat functionality at the top right of the screen. Select the correct Contact by double-clicking on the name and a new general chat window will open.
Unread chats are always at the top of the list, followed by pinned chats and all other chats. You can easily pin a chat by clicking on the pin-button next to it.

Overview of Chats
At the top right of the screen an colorful icon will appear with the amount of unread messages. Clicking on it will open your chat screen where both specific chats as general chats are stored.
