In the Transport Order grid, select the right Transport Order (TO) by filtering on for example the TO-number, date, origin or destination

Click on the relevant milestone. In the column called "Milestones" you will see a milestone marked with a C ( collection ) and a D ( Delivery )

The left milestone is the collection time, the right milestone is the delivery time. As long as there isn't an actual Collection or Delivery time added, you can manually add collection or delivery time
Click (left-click) on the relevant milestone and a pop-up will open. Add the actual time of collection/delivery by manually typing, clicking on the calendar icon or using the "Now" button. Using the "Now" will add the current user time. After adding the time you can use the Save button.

Adding the actual time of Collect/Deliver will update the Collect/Deliver status to "Completed". Depending on the scheduled time the milestone will become green ( on time ), blue ( early ) or red ( late )
