Live traffic updates can be viewed on every selected order in its details pane.
Simply double-click on an order (Sales, Material, or Transport).
The details pane should open on the bottom with the map displayed on the right. In the top-right corner of the map is a small menu icon (3 dots). Upon clicking you can view the map actions - select 'Traffic' and voila.
