The user interface is made up out of four major items:
1) Main bar: The Main Bar provides quick access to all the main follow-up and administration features of Control Tower. This bar contains the Admin section which provides all the tools for Admins. The features in this tab are explained in the next articles.
2) Top-level grids: All order information, maps, and other details related to orders will be displayed in the Main Tabs. Depending on your user permission you might have more or fewer tabs visible.
3) Details pane: By double-clicking an order line, the details pane will open at the bottom of your screen. You can also open the order details on the right side of the grid by clicking the arrow icon
4) Window manager: The bar at the bottom shows all your minimized windows. The right button provides a history of the most recently opened windows with the option to reopen them
Grid Config
In the top left corner of the grid, you can find the grid config menu. Here you can add/remove columns and save your view. Please make sure to set your new view as default to make sure it remains even after a refresh our logout.
