Go to the "Location Opening Hours" in the Masterdata
Select 'New' and fill in the division, location(s), and optionally the customer for which the opening hours should be applied for
Enable the day(s) when the location is open and provide for each day a 'From' and 'Until' time.
Breaks can be added or removed by clicking on the plus or minus sign on the right.

Click on the 'Save' button
Tip: Location Opening Hours can be added via the Excel Upload available in the Masterdata
The opening hours will be shown on the material order form by hovering over the clock icon
The automatic calculation of "Calculated Office Hours," on Sales Orders (SO) and Transport Orders (TO) is determined based on the location's opening hours and holidays master data, with the calculation reflecting the 1st collection point.
Options are:
Outside of hours (also for Saturday/Sunday if those are TRUE and have hours specified)
During hours (also for Saturday/Sunday if those are TRUE and have hours specified)
Saturday -> only if Saturday opening hours table is FALSE
Sunday -> only if Sunday opening hours table is FALSE
Holiday (if Location-Holidays table matches)
The opening hours will be included automatically in all carrier mail pdfs
