All new and live orders that were assigned to the driver but not yet accepted or rejected will be displayed here.

Live orders are orders that were accepted by the driver and are currently in progress.

Tip: if needed, the driver can accept multiple orders at once and then switch between the orders to provide updates.

Here the user can find all previously received order cards for orders that were Finished, Completed, Cancelled, and Rejected.

Each card has information about the order ( for example order status, number, stops, and schedules).

Finished means that all stops are completed but charges, incidents, and more details can still be added.

Completed means that all stops are completed and billing is ready in the TMS application. Now charges, incidents, and more details can’t be added anymore.

Canceled are all orders that were assigned to the driver and were canceled in the TMS application.

Rejected are all orders that were rejected by the driver.
