Incidents in the Transport Orders

Report Incident

The user is able to report incidents by opening the respective Transport Order detail page and clicking on the Incidents Section.


On the Incidents page, the user can consult all Incidents that were logged on the transport order and add new incidents by clicking the "Add" button at the top of the screen.


To add new incidents, the user needs to select the Reason Code and fill in all required fields to save it.


The user can also add incidents while in the Order Wizard by opening the options menu and selecting the "Report Incident" option.


After the incident report, the driver will be returned to the Order Wizard with an "Incident added" success message.


Consulting Incidents

Reported incidents will be in the "Open" status until they are solved by the dispatcher in the TMS application.


Incident details will be displayed when clicking on the incident. It contains the incident status and all incident details


After the reported incident is solved, the incident status will be changed to "Closed".
