Hi,

We are pleased to inform you that we have launched a new version of our TOPS Control Tower, 4.15

Control Tower 4.15:

- ETA Management

- Improved Fleetmap & Live Tracking

- Improved Planboard scroll

- Improved Event messages

- New Configurable Alert: No Carrier Assigned

- Improved Logs on TO Upload and Scheduled Tasks

- Loading Meters added to Customer Portal

We have completely revamped our ETA Management which offers now following new functionalities:

You can add on both the MO and TO grid the ETA Status which will dynamically show you if the vehicle will arrive on time, will be early or late or warn you on a potential delay.

Next to the status you will see the tracking source: whether we track via mobile, receive the ETA via the carrier integration or via the GPS location sent by the telematics provider.

Don’t forget to set up the ETA logic in your milestone type settings and add the new ETA status in your CT role.

It is now possible to configure automatic ETA alerts to be sent to the contacts on your MO (the collection, delivery contact and the requestor) via the material order settings.

You can indicate as of when we should send the first ETA alert and the frequency range for ETA updates.

It is also possible to include additional contacts that should be notified on the ETA via the email contact settings.

Next to the automatic alerts we can show the ETA in your customer portal.

Don’t forget to update the CUP settings to include the ETA for the customer portal.

We have improved our Live Tracking maps so that all tooltips, dropdown menus are aligned in both our Fleetmap and Fleet Management map.

In addition, we have improved the scroll bar on the Planboard for the Fleet Management which allows the user to view the planned trips for the current 3 days (yesterday, today, tomorrow).

We have extended our event logs so that it is now possible to view in the History events who signed a POD, POC, reason codes and comment will be shown in case of a late/early delivery.

Don’t forget to enable the events in your CT role.

We have a new configurable alert that can be triggered when no carrier has been assigned to the TO.

Don’t forget to indicate in the email contact settings who should be notified.

We have extended the logs for both the TO upload and the Scheduled Tasks.

You can now include in your logs all TOs that have been uploaded by all users.

Don’t forget to update your admin role to include all user logs.

It is from now on also possible to see all Scheduled tasks planned by all users. This will make it easier for the user to manage and maintain the automatic creation of orders.

Don’t forget to include this new option in your CT role.

We have added a new field in Customer Portal to show the loadingmeters. The loadingmeters will be calculated automatically if possible and can be overwritten manually by the user.
