How to create a driver account without using the QR code

Drivers can be invited to use the mobile app by creating accounts for them in the TMS application. Here are the steps to follow:

1) Go to the Admin section and select Accounts in the User Management section

2) In the accounts table, enter the drivers email address and personal info

3) Scroll down to the Mobile Driver Management section and activate the mobile driver checkbox. Add the division and carrier he is affiliated with.

4) After this, you can scroll back up and set a password for the driver. Once the password has been entered you can Save the account at the bottom right corner

5) An invitation email is automatically sent out and it contains a link to the driver app and the password you provided
