By setting up your e-mail settings you can ensure that your customers and carriers receive the right information on all the different e-mail types.
First of all, in order to create your settings, you must navigate to the E-mail Settings window (Admin > Settings > E-mail settings) and press +New.
Filters
In the 'Filters' section you can define what orders should these settings apply to. For example if you select a specific carrier, these email settings will only apply to orders for which this is the primary carrier.

Suppress email types
Here you can select for which email types will the below subject prefix and footer text not be applied. In the example, the subject prefix will not be included for the TO Change and TO Prebill emails.
E-mail subject prefix and E-mail footer text
The subject prefix will precede the normal auto-generated subject of the email sent to the customer/carrier.
The footer will be included on the bottom of the email, below the Accept/Reject buttons and the QR code (if not hidden).
E-mail Templates
There are many different email types. May can be customised in the E-mail Settings. To do so, simply select the desired email type and the tab will expand with the options.
For each different email type you must fill in the information separately.
E-mail Contact
In this section you can choose which contact information will be displayed on the different email types.
Contact on order means that it will be the information of a user who created the order which will be displayed. This information is taken from the values on their account.
When selecting 'Contact from settings', three fields will appear and you can insert the desired contact information there, which will then be always displayed for the given email type.
Contact on order (override email) works the same way but you will have to only insert the e-mail address while the rest is copied from the user who created the order.
This information is displayed under 'Contact Info' section in the email.
E-mail Content
An e-mail body override can be added in different languages. These overrides will be included only if the language matches that of the chosen e-mail language in the order form.
Below, in the additional load details section you can define which information should be hidden on the emails by simply selecting the relevant checkboxes. This is highly customizable and can be adjusted differently for each email type.
Same can be done for the PDF file that is attached to each email.
