Eliminate endless and confusing communications. Instead of emailing back-and-forth, you can now invite your carriers to the application with our easy self-onboarding flow. Carriers can look into your timetable, see the available slots and book a slot based on their availability and your custom restrictions.

Your carriers and their settings are available in your settings:

When adding carriers, you can choose to:

  • Invite a carrier: Collaborate with your carriers. Let them register themself so they can manage their own settings (drivers, license plates, ...) and book slots on their own.

  • Create a carrier: Add a carrier that doesn't require access to the application. You will manage the settings and book slots for him. The carrier will not receive any emails or alerts.

You can manage some settings for each carrier that you invite or create:

Activity type

Select whether he is allowed to deliver (inbound) or collect (outbound) goods. When the carrier books a slot, he will only receive slot suggestions from sections with this activity type.

Request flow

A carrier can book his own slots when he is invited to the application. Do you want to keep track of the slots that he books? Select the request flow and you (or some of your colleagues) will have to confirm each slot he books.

Hooray, that's all for now!
