Say goodbye to boring list views and get a real-time overview in our analytics. Configure your own dashboard and get the data you need to analyze your warehouse.
Here you can get an instant overview of the most important information of the day by checking your customizable dashboard with all important charts for you in our Home Dashboard.
Filters
Apply Filters to specify your overview. You can filter widgets statistics by Locations, Facilities and Activity Type.
The user is able to apply selected filters to the Home Dashboard Widgets by clicking Apply button or Reset selected filters by clicking the Reset button.
Customize your Home Dashboard view
Also, displayed Widgets are customizable. On the Edit Mode toggle switch, the user is able to resize or change the positions of the Widgets.
Displayed Widgets can be modified, just open Dashboard Configuration by clicking the cog icon, select relevant Widgets for you and Apply.
Remember that your configuration will be saved only after closing Edit Mode, just switch back the toggle and it will be closed and saved.
Now that your setup is done, click the Refresh icon to update displayed Widgets with the latest information.
Note: This dashboard is configurable on customer level, not on user level. This means you and your colleagues will always look at the same setup. If you change something, it will be changed for your colleagues as well and vice versa.
Clickable Widgets
To see more details about displayed information in the Widget click on the desired status and you will be redirected to the List View with all related information.
In the List View Home Dashboard filter will be applied to filters to display related slot(s). The user is able you apply more filters or remove already applied including the Home Dashboard filter by clicking the Clear All button or removed one of them by clicking the remove icon.
Widget/Dashboard Capabilities
1. Arrival Milestone
Overview of the arrival milestone status for each booking
2. Average activity time
The average time between the start activity and the end activity
milestone
3. Average slot duration
The average time between the actual check-in and departure milestone
4. Booking per status
The total number of bookings per status
5. Check-In Milestone
Overview of the check-in milestone status for each booking
6. Departure Milestone
Overview of the departure milestone status for each booking
7. End Activity Milestone
Overview of the end activity Milestone status for each booking
9. Number of Bookings
The total number of bookings.
10. Number of no-shows
Total number of ended bookings that do not have any milestones
registered.
11. The number of Pending Requests
The total number of pending requests
12. The number of switched bookings
The total number of switched bookings that were initially scheduled
today.
13. Reason Code / Cancelled Bookings
List of reasons bookings that were cancelled
14. Reason Code / Milestone Status Early
List of reasons for early milestones
15. Reason Code / Milestone Status ETA Early
List of reasons for early ETA milestones
