The system uses Here WeGo maps, routing and geocoding. Here WeGo is a different service than Google or Apple maps, and in some cases, especially concerning the more remote locations, the geocode and route may differ.

When inserting an address on an Order Form, it is important to ensure that the location is geocoded correctly. The best way to do it is to use the Here WeGo suggestions, which show in the dropdown when typing the address in the 'Street + Number' field.

The globe icon, found next to the Collection/Delivery header, indicates the quality of the location geocoding. You can see that in the example above, it turns green as soon as the inserted address is processed, which means that the location is geocoded correctly.

On the other hand, when not using suggestions from the dropdown, mistakes may happen sometimes, and the location is then geocoded with low quality. This usually means that the location was geocoded on the city level, meaning that the milestone will be located in the center of the closest recognized town. Low quality geocoding is indicated by the orange color of the icon. If unsure about your location's address, please visit https://wego.here.com/.
