When Slots have to be booked for Transport Orders created in the TMS, both systems (TMS and Slot Booking) will start communicating and interacting with each other once the Transport Order is created.

We know how important it's for you to stay up to date about the latest status and all the ongoing interactions between both systems.

That's why we have added the Slot Booking status column, which offers various status widgets that will help you to stay up to date from start to finish.

How do I enable the Slot Booking status column?

You can enable the Booking Status column in the Transport Order grid via the More options button / Active Columns:

  • Open the Active columns configuration in the TO Grid

  • add the Booking Status column to your grid and save your view

  • Now that you have added the Booking Status column, you can easily follow up on your slot statuses by looking at the status widget

What does each Booking Statuses mean?

If you want to know more about each status, simply click on the Information icon in the gird:

This will open up a tooltip that explains exactly what's going on for each status
