đ New features
Flex planning
This jazzy feature allows you to book slots that have a specific duration. Everyoneâs busy and this buys you extra time in your day.
Why? This is where time-saving really begins. When a delivery arrives with only one pallet, you obviously don't want to reserve as much time as you would for a full truck load. Unless you want to empty the truck and host a killer underground party inside. (Donât give Flo any ideas: sheâs a party animal).
How? When a slot duration comes in with the transport order (via integration) or when you manually book a slot in our tool and put in a slot duration, we'll search for available times, regardless of the pre-defined slots your template gives you.
Configure your own setup: If you don't want to allow flex templates on all your docks Floâs totally down with that. To each their own, man. That's why we allow you to enable/disable this setting in your facility and section settings.
Execution of flex slots: We know your warehouse schedule doesn't always go as planned. (Whose does!?) That's why we let you switch and reschedule your flex slots when a carrier arrives early or late. The only catch is that you can only switch a slot if whatâs available matches the slot duration. (Ask Flo: Itâs a glass slipper thing.)

đ Feature improvements
Manage your exceptions in your unplanned order grid
Note: This feature is created for integrated Slot Booking clients (integrated with an ERP/TMS)
Everyone manages their expectations, but itâs how they manage their exceptions that really tell you about a person. We've created a new page, that you can access via your navigation bar. In here, you'll find all the transport orders that still require a booking. This list (Flo thinks of it as her social register), you don't have to search for them on your own, we will show you everything that requires your attention.
In this list, you can search, filter, sort and add work views (configure your own view and save it).
Manual work is so 2021

Flo automated some flows for you:
When a carrier in the transport order is unassigned, the slot will automatically be cancelled
When a carrier is reassigned in the transport order, Flo will check the booking rules and do the following:
For an automated/internal booking flow -> reassign slot to the new carrier
For a carrier booking flow -> cancel slot, the new carrier can book a slot
Small improvements
Flo has been making quite a few small changes lately. Weâre not sure whatâs brought about the shift, but we think itâs got something to do with a New Yearâs resolution she made to become more organized. Hereâs a look at what sheâs been up to. Oh, and donât forget to compliment her on her new hair when you see her.
Up until now, a slot status changed to 'Completed' when it was 24 hours past the departure schedule. But this meant you couldnât make any changes to the slot anymore (cancel, reschedule, update milestones,...), so Flo has increased this timeframe to 7 days.
You can now input some extra actions to your slot via the list view.
Flo has added page numbers; filter, search and sort functionalities on all tables
Dropdowns are now in alphabetical order
