Multi-Modal Ocean Development
A user with the correct permissions can now add/edit/delete an OCEAN leg to a Transport Order, from within the Transport Order Form
If the user has the correct view permissions enabled, the Transport Order form shows a new section called Multimodal
Clicking on the New Button opens a wizard that will guide the user during the creation flow.
Step 1: The user will be asked to select a modality, if the user will select Ocean, the user will have to complete the fields showed above
Step 2: The user will be asked to select a Port of Loading and Port of Discharge
both fields should be filtered on Location Type "Port". It is possible to search based on Location Code
Step 3: The user will be asked to choose which type of booking type they want to make

Order Structure: Depending on the selected booking type, the system will show the applicable order structure.
Clicking on "Add" will add both port locations as actual stops to the current Transport Order. The Port of Loading stop is added after the last collection.
The Port of destination stop is added after the Port of loading and before the first delivery.
The new UI component will become available where the user can edit and view all the information related to the ocean booking as seen below.

In the customer portal settings, you can now add extra service levels to be selected and multiple collection/delivery locations
This setting will then add new UI features in the customer portal
Cancelation surcharges
It is now possible to add cancelation statuses to your cancelation surcharges to make sure the surcharges only apply to certain statuses.
A new cancellation status was added to differentiate orders that were canceled due to merging from other canceled statuses.
Parcel Exceptions
Improves visibility for Parcel shipments and makes sure that you can visualize deviation statuses received from carriers via integration so that users can use this information in their daily follow-up.
You can then open the PI's and check the individual statuses
Carrier Licenses
As an admin, you can define per carrier whether they have one of the below licenses and until when it’s valid.
Regular Transport
Hazmat
Waste
ABP Waste (Animal by-products)
The admin will then be able to configure the system as such that each time a carrier is allocated to an order, the system will check whether they have the required license(s) available to execute it.
Carriers who don’t have the required licenses will not be assigned.
Cost allocation to MO
It is now possible to assign costs to a certain Material Order
New POC / POD templates
The goal of this new feature is to revamp the layout and design of our current Proof Of Collection (POC) and Proof of Delivery (POD) documents generated by the system
The configuration can be found in the divisions masterdata
Recalculate Office Hours
With this new feature, the Office hours field on the Sales Order form will be recalculated each time the scheduled collection time of the first collection stop has changed. This way, the system will attempt to match a correct rate in case the office hours value has changed.
You can also add office hours columns to the grid.
Carrier Contact tooltip
This feature provides quick access to my carrier’s contact details so that I can call/send them an e-mail if needed .
It allows you to see all the contacts that are set up in the Email contacts settings table
