When a new spot tender is launched, the carrier will be notified in the carrier portal or via mail, where they can also see an overview of all spot bids in a grid.
Spot tender Grid
In this grid you can:
Set filters: Filter on status, location, remaining time,…
Create workviews: Hide, show, move, and lock columns, based on the information you would like to see.
Save this and other configurations as a workview, so you don’t lose it.
Export to CSV: Do you want to analyze and compare your spot tenders, this feature allows you to download all your spot tenders to a CSV file, so you can create some graphs.
Based on the provided information, they can decide whether the spot tender is interesting and for which price you would like to execute it.
Once they placed a bid, the system will inform them when they’re underbid, when the spot tender is finished or when they won/lost it
Via the spot list view and the spot detail page, it’s easy to place bids.

1. Provide a price in a certain price format and currency
2. Define a collection time
3. Define a delivery time
4. Accept T&C
5. See a special comment
6. Add a comment
