No more 1-1 emails because from now on, you can easily follow up on the spot tender via the new spot tender status column in the transport order grid. This column can be enabled in the grid via the control tower role, in the columns section.
To access additional information, click on the status and a flyover will open with:
Number of participating carriers
Number of missing carriers
Lowest price
Per carrier
Price (in the correct price format and currency)
Collection time
Delivery time
Comment
When the spot tender is ongoing, you are always allowed to
Choose a carrier
Cancel the spot tender
Relaunch the spot tender with the same, or with another template
Assignment of the carrier
Based on the settings of the template, the cheapest carrier will automatically be assigned, or you will be asked to choose a carrier.
When the carrier is allocated:
The awarded carrier will be assigned to the transport order
The cost will be calculated and added to the transport order
The Transport order will be activated when the setting was enabled in the carrier allocation rules
The spot tender information can still be accessed via the flyover
