Analytics dashboard provides you a nice visual and numerical representation of your Control Tower orders. From Carrier Performance to Costs, you can customize your dashboards to get the best overview of your business in graphs and numbers.

How to enable the Analytics dashboards

In order to view the Analytics tab and the different dashboards, you have to first enable this feature in Control Tower rights (for the desired roles). The setting can be found under "Main Elements". You will have to select the Analytics checkbox and then pick which dashboards you will want users of the given role to be able see.

You can now select the dashboards by clicking on the 'down' arrow in the Analytics tab.

Dashboard functionalities

Besides just being a visual representation, the widgets on the Dashboards can filter the relevant orders for you. To get a list of orders (for example all orders with Open Incidents) just simply click on the widget and you will get redirected to the relevant Order view.

You can of course do the same on graphs, just click on a relevant column to display the related orders.

Edit mode

Each analytics dashboard is customizable and you can enable different graphs and stats according to your liking. To do that you have to first Enable the Edit Mode by clicking on the little slider. This will allow you to select "Settings".

In the Settings you can select or deselect different widgets:

Each of the statistics you can see above can be dragged around the dashboard and resized accordingly. To do so just simply grab the widget you want to move, drag and drop it and voila! Resizing also works like resizing a regular window on your computer, just drag the edge in our out until you reach the desired size.

While in the Edit Mode you can also delete the grids directly from the dashboard and adjust the Target values by clicking the little 'Settings' icon.

Dashboard filtering

Each dashboard (aside from the Home dashboard) contains multiple filters which can specify the statistics shown. To access these, click anywhere on the main Analytics bar (as highlighted below).

This will open a set of customizable filters specifying different values such as Division, Service Level etc.

By clicking Apply, your choices will automatically be adapted to the dashboard and show you the desired values!
