Cost and charges data are now shown in the same table so that the carrier can see all cost-related data.

This improvement makes it possible to see an overview of large orders in the TO grid and the TO detail page. The user will see all the stops and can easily navigate between them and see which part he's looking at.

When the page is opened, the last registered stop will be shown on the right side to avoid to many clicks.

When a carrier needs to select an MO/customer when adding a charge, he sees a nice overview of all MO details, so it's easier for him to know which MO/customer he needs to select.
