π New features
Delete a spot template
The ability for a shipper to delete a spot template when they're not using it anymore.
Everyone is able to delete a spot tender.
Allow your carriers to delete and/or edit their bid
With this feature, the shipper can enable/disable the carrier his ability to delete or edit his bid up until a certain moment, eg. 2 hours before the end of the spot tender. This will avoid last minute changes and gives more security to the shipper.
Hide certain spot statuses for the carrier
When shippers don't want the carrier to have access to finished spot tenders that he didn't win, he can now use this setting to hide lost, not participated and cancelled bids.
Spot tenders with these statuses will disappear from his spot tender list.
Configure the spot data sent to the shipper
This feature allows shipper to hide certain data from the carrier, such as address, schedules, materials, handling units...
This data might be confidential, and should only be shown to the awarded carrier.
Filter on spot templates and bulk actions on a spot template
In order for the shipper to bulk change all the settings above, he can now filter out the spot tender templates with these settings and do a bulk change on them.
πBugs
Use correct spot template settings when the template is updated
When launching spot manually or via allocation settings
We always expect to also launch the latest available version of the template.
CT will use the Spot template UUID instead of the SSRI to update the TO and we will use the template with the latest version.
return error if the template is deleted
When relaunching manually
We expect to launch the already used version of the spot template in order to make sure that it is consistent with previously launched tender
CT will use the Spot template SSRI to update the TO (like it is today) and then Spot application will know that they need to trigger the template based on this specific SSRI.
