🚀 New features

Allow driver to shuffle stops from mobile

You may define in the transport order setting the ability for the driver to shuffle the stops in the mobile application as shown below.

Once the setting is activated and match to the relevant order, the driver will have the opportunity to re-arrange the sequence of stops following certain rules already in place in the application:

  • no delivery stop is prior to their respective collection stop in the sequence,

  • no stop is prior to any stop that already has actuals filled in,

  • stop with actuals filled in cannot be re-ordered,

  • the final destination stop is always at the end of the sequence,

  • material order roundtrip stop is always after that material order delivery stop,

  • transport order status is “active” but not yet “finished”.

Automatically set label on MOs

You may define the system to calculate automatically the relevant labels to be added to your material orders thanks to the material order form settings, as shown below in the default values section.

Once the setting is defined and matched the relevant material order, the labels will automatically be populated based on what was set in here.

Container milestone alerts/events on transport order stop level

Users working in the UI of the application and external systems integrated with TOPS would like to be notified about the progress of container and vessel milestones.

The goal of this feature is to allow the admin user to enable container and vessel milestone events in the CT Roles / Events section so that in-app and integration users would be able to subscribe to these events and receive alerts, integration messages, and emails.

Each of the below-mentioned milestones will have three events; Early, On-time, and Late. These events will also be available as external events so that integration users can subscribe to these events and receive integration messages.

In the CT Roles / Events / Transport Stop section you can now enable; Early, On-time, and Late events for the following milestones:

  • Full container gate in

  • POL container loading

  • POL vessel departure

  • POD vessel arrival

  • POD container discharge

  • Full container gate out

  • Empty container Pickup

  • Empty container gate in

🌈 Feature improvements

Improve scheduled task management

We moved our scheduled tasks from a user configuration to a master data definition so that it can be managed by an entire team.

When you select one specific order template in the order template master data dialog window, you may see a new button called "Schedule".

By clicking on this button, you will open the below dialog window. It will allow any user having the proper rights defined to see the list of scheduled tasks related to the selected order template.
