Checkpoints
This feature provides a chronological record of significant events and actions associated with a particular order (outside of the already existing status flow), offering a detailed and transparent view of its lifecycle. It may be used to record user actions, inventory movements, delivery attempts, etc. You may define schedules related to a specific checkpoint as well as an actual execution timestamp. Here's how checkpoint work:

Within the Admin > Rights management
dropdown menu, you can define which master data role has access to the checkpoint table.
Within the Admin > Rights management
dropdown menu, you can define which user role has access to editing order checkpoints and receiving alert events related to it.
View order checkpoint data grid columns
View order checkpoint data grid columns
New data columns are also available in the order data grids, so that the user can display the last related checkpoint data with actuals. You may display code & name, schedule from, schedule to and actual of an order checkpoint. For transport order data grid, you may also add columns related to the linked material orders' checkpoints.
When you click on one cell of these columns you will open the dialog to edit the associated order checkpoints.

This feature enforces an approval flow on material orders which exceeds the maximum distance defined in the customer service level.
