Improvements and bug fixes for eCMR released in 5th, February 2024

Feature Improvements

  • Providing improvements in styling for entering the seals by the recipient

    • User is able to delete pictures and comments that were added in a seal, also on the overview of seals.

    • Enabling the Recipient to directly accept all proposed seals, making the process faster and more intuitive.

    • Being able to provide a comment for the seals in general, not specific to a specific seal.

    • Improvement visibility on the desktop screen to alert users better in case comments for seals have been added.

  • Full loading and unloading information are displayed on the eCMR

    • Loading and unloading information is enhanced with the company name and the street name & number of the loading and unloading address.

    • Full loading and unloading information will be displayed in the mobile and desktop screen as well as printed on the PDF.

    • Full loading and unloading information will be displayed on the detail screen for the carrier.

  • Goods refusal without signature from the original recipient

    • Enabling unloading location editing for all parties while in_transport status.

    • Enabling additional specifics editing for carriers while in loading status to allow the carriers to add comments in case of change of the unloading location once the shipment is loaded.

    • Enabling additional specifics editing for carriers and shippers while in_transport status to allow the user to add comments in case of refusal of the shipments from the recipient.

  • Providing multi-lingual support

    • Mobile flow for Drivers and Recipients will be enhanced with all country flags in scope (Bulgarian, Czech, Finnish, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish).

    • Translation improvements in all languages released.

    • Improvements on the UI with text fitting due to translated context on other languages.

  • Several improvements that enhance the overall usability

    • Different versions of the document to show on the PDF in order for the user to be able to see which version of the document has been opened.

    • Identifying inbound logistics scenarios and using the loading stations company name to be displayed as the signing party on behalf of the shipper .

  • Rate goods on line item level

    • Checked quantities and discrepancies added to the PDF.

    • Improve goods information table in case the transport no. and/or the transport unit is 0 or empty.

    • Correct text for discrepancies in the goods check of the mobile flow to not be hidden by the "edit" button.

  • Recipient and Carrier ID look up

    • We are able to match the recipient and carrier of the eCMR workflow with the equivalent recipient and carrier ID in our Transporeon data base if that exists so it will be displayed on the document.

  • API improvements

    • VAT number of the consignor and the carrier displayed on the document and on the PDF.

    • QR code sharing with the driver before the shipper has signed.

Bug Fixes

  • API - arrival & departure dates for loading and unloading are added to the eCMR document.

  • API - ADR indication displayed on the goods if they are ADR.

  • iPhone QR code cashing issue.

  • Recipient goods check is scroll-able.

  • "Sign the document" to fit into the button in all languages.
