Unlock Efficiency with Real-Time Yard Management. Arrival Monitor

Our solution is not just about planning; it's about combining that plan with the power of RealTime Data. In everything we do, we emphasize real-time information, merging the superpowers of Visibility and Dock Scheduling. This is what we call Real-Time Yard Management. In a world where plans can be easily disrupted, our solution empowers you with the ability to adapt and make informed decisions as situations unfold. It's the perfect marriage of strategy and flexibility, ensuring that your operations not only run smoothly but also thrive in the face of unpredictability.

What benefits Arrival Monitor brings to our customers:

  • Effortless Coordination. Seamlessly coordinate the arrival and departure of traffic to and from your yard, even after scheduled time slots have passed.

  • Predictive Precision. With access to predictive Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) data, you'll spot any deviations from your plans in real-time. Take corrective actions swiftly to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Real-Time Insights. As transports arrive at your yard, our system collects real-time

data. This data enables you to calculate essential operational Key Performance

Indicators (KPIs) like Carrier Punctuality, Yard Turnaround Time, and Warehouse

    Processing Time.

  • Cost Savings. Focus on the management of potential Demurrage and Detention costs. Our solution empowers you to take proactive measures to minimize these expenses.

  • Arrival Monitor designed as web application. Recommendation to use on PC

  • All web browsers supported

  • Integration with WMS

  • Mobile app

Arrival Monitor User Interface

Arrival Monitor User Interface divided into two sections:

  • Key Performance Indicator Tiles, where the most important KPI located:

    • Workload. Total Work Planned & Executed for the locations & time period selected, allowing Yard operators and logistics managers to monitor progress.

    • Processing Time (average loading/unloading) brings awareness of issues & potential risks to overall performance.

    • Dwell Time highlights if the throughput of your location is meeting your expectations, as well as helping you minimize the time on premises – allowing more time the vehicle is on the road & available for your carriers – making you the shipper of choice for them.

    • Delayed Vehicles helps all involved parties be aware of fundamental risks to the plan, so changes can be made to manage slot deviations and adjust your assets accordingly by swapping or re-planning appointments.

    • Waiting Vehicles shows you where you have carriers on site in time for appointments, that have not yet been started to be processed – and are therefore at risk of incurring demurrage costs

  • Table overview for upcoming transport (with booked appointments) and transport that physically entered the yard (data displayed for your selected period & location).
