Arrival Monitor is a perfect tool to monitor your current process on the yard. We do not recommend using it as reporting tool. To display proper data in Arrival monitor you need to follow below steps:

  • Select you yard location. Since first Arrival Monitor version supports transport with confirmed booking, meaning direct connection with both Time Slot Management (for industry and for retailers), Yard location in Arrival Monitor = Location in Time Slot Management. As of now users can select only one yard location. During first login user will see default location selected, so data displayed without asking user to select location. In case user has access to multiple locations, the first location assigned to this user will be displayed. Location that was selected during last login, saved, and displayed once user open new session.

  • Select date and time range. During first login, date and time will be populated with default value. Default date is always today's date. User also has an ability to select date and time range with predefined limitation: 4 days in the past and 4 days in advance. Selected date and time apply to entire Arrival monitor view. HINT: Narrow down date range to your shift hours so you can see transports that need to be executed during your shift.

All items in Arrival table are organized in certain order/hierarchy (based on Arrival Schedule column (ascending order) from the earliest to the latest). Date and time selected in Page Navigation toolbar applies for entire Arrival Monitor View (Arrival Schedule column), however Transport with ETA/Yard status timestamp that is outside the nominal planned time (Arrival Schedule) is also visible in the table.
