Arrival Monitor users have basic navigation tools that help them to structure data in the table based on their needs. Following navigation tools are available:
Filtering
Searching
Sorting
Filtering
In Arrival monitor table users can filter out certain data sets. Filter option available for the following columns: ETA or Yard status, Loading type, Carrier, Gate
To utilize the filter feature in Arrival Monitor table, user needs to follow bellow steps:
Access the Filter Dialog:
Start by locating the column header of the table you want to filter out.
Click on the column header to reveal a drop-down menu of options.
Select the Filter Option:
From the drop-down menu, select the "Filter" option. This will open the filter dialog.
Select Filter Criteria:
Enter the specific keywords, values, or terms you want to filter for, or
Tick the boxes indicate filter criteria.
Multi-selection is available.
Apply the Filter:
Once you've selected your filter criteria, click the "Save" button. This action triggers the filter process.
You can have active filters for multiple columns simultaneously.
View Active Filter Criteria:
Above the table, you will notice an active filter criteria label. It will be highlighted in yellow, making it easy to identify. This label displays the criteria you've applied.
Filtered Results Display:
After clicking "Save," the table will dynamically update to display only the information that matches your filter criteria. Irrelevant data will be temporarily hidden.
Clearing Filter Criteria:
If you wish to remove your filter criteria, simply locate the yellow label displaying the active filter criteria.
Next to the criteria, you'll find an 'x' button. Click this 'x' button to clear the filter
criteria.
Searching
Search is available for all columns that do not have filter option. To utilize the search feature in Arrival Monitor table, user needs to follow bellow steps:
Access the Search Dialog:
Start by locating the column header of the table you want to search within.
Click on the column header to reveal a drop-down menu of options.
Select the Search Option:
From the drop-down menu, select the "Search" option. This will open the search dialog.
Provide Search Criteria:
Enter the specific keywords, values, or terms you want to search for.
Apply the Search:
Once you've entered your search criteria, click the "Save" button. This action triggers the search process.

Sorting
In Arrival Monitor table user can efficiently sort and organize the data. We want to ensure that our end users have a clear view of the information that matters most to them. User needs to follow below steps to effectively use this feature:
Access the Sorting Options:
You can sort data for all columns in the table.
To sort data in columns where sorting is available, click on the column header.
Select Sort Option:
A drop-down menu will appear when you click the column header. From this menu, select the sorting option you prefer:
Ascending Order: Choose "Ascending Order" to arrange data from the smallest value to the largest. Data with the lowest values will appear first.
Descending Order: Choose "Descending Order" to organize data from the highest to the lowest value. Data with the largest values will be displayed first.
View Sort Indicator:
To indicate the chosen sort order, a 'arrow' icon will appear in the column header. If it points upward, it signifies ascending order, while a downward-pointing triangle represents descending order.
Single Column Sorting:
Note that when you choose to sort a second column, it will replace the previous sorting. Combined or multi-column sorting is not supported. For example, sorting by "Carrier" in ascending order will replace any previous sorting, and sorting by "Transport Number" in descending order will replace the previous "Carrier" sorting.
