Punctuality

Punctuality based on arrival timestamp (first status on the yard) and slot start time; and departure timestamp (last status on the yard) and slot end timestamp

Arrival Punctuality (matches ETA logic):

Default calculation

  • If first status timestamp < Slot start time - 15 min, then provide time difference between time of arrival and slot start time and add 'Early'. And highlight it in green Sample: Arrival Punctuality: Early 30 min

  • If first status timestamp > Slot start time + 15 min, then provide time difference between time of arrival and slot start time and add 'Delayed'. And highlight it in red Sample: Arrival Punctuality: Delayed 30 min

  • If first status timestamp is in the range of (slot start time - 15 min) and (slot start time + 15 min) then provide following text 'On time'

Departure Punctuality (default calculation):

  • If last status timestamp < Slot end time - 15 min, then provide time difference between time of departure and slot end time and add 'Early'. And highlight it in green Sample: Departure Punctuality: Early 30 min

  • If last status timestamp > Slot end time + 15 min, then provide time difference between time of departure and slot end time and add 'Delayed'. And highlight it in red Sample: Departure Punctuality Delayed 30 min

  • If last status Timestamp is in the range of (slot end time - 15 min) and (slot end time + 15 min) then provide following text 'On Time'

Dwell Time. Overall time that vehicle spent on the yard. Difference between first status on the yard (Registered/Arrived) and final yard status (sample: Departed/Completed etc.)

Processing Time. Time that vehicle spent at the dock for actual loading/unloading activity. Difference between loading/unloading start timestamp and loading/unloading end timestamp.
