Place multiple bids

What's better than one bid? 2 bids! Or more!

Now the carrier is able to place multiple bids on one spot tender(until 5 bids). This feature is always enabled on the spot tender template by the shipper.

The number of bids and their details can be seen on the spot tender details - on the My bids grid:

Carriers can also have a quick overview on the bids performed upon a spot tender on the SPOT grid - column "My price". Here, the carrier will find the amount of bids that have already been submitted and the value of each bid.

Shippers also have access to this information on the bid component.

Bids' ranking

Carriers are now able to see their bid ranking taking into consideration bids performed by other carriers. This feature is always enabled on the spot tender template by the shipper.

The ranking works as the following:

  1. Low: The bid is the 7th or higher most competitive bid

  2. Average: The bid ranks between 4th and 6th in competitiveness

  3. High: The bid is among the top 3 most competitive bids

The ranking of a bid can be seen both on SPOT grid and spot tender details, on the My bids table:

SPOT grid - column "Bid ranking"

Spot tender details - table My bids, column "Ranking"

New notification

A new notification was added to complement the feature of bids with an expiration date. From now on, whenever a bid expires, carrier will receive a notification (email and/or in app).

This notification is only triggered if the carrier configures on the notification settings that he wishes to receive such type of notifications.
