This new feature enhances the process of the authentication of the user by allowing the verification via E-mail next to the existing verification via mobile phone number.

Driver E-mail verification via mobile public flow

Step 1: Driver QR code scanning

After the Shipper signs the eCMR (electronic Consignment Note), the Driver needs to pick up the goods. The Shipper's warehouse worker will show the Driver a QR code. Once the Driver scans the QR code he/she needs to select the preferred language to continue the process.

Step 2: Driver verification via E-mail

On the next screen the Driver needs to chose between the SMS and E-mail to verify him/herself. Once the user clicks on the E-mail icon and he/she is being requested to fill in his/her name and email address in order to receive the pin code for the verification.

An E-mail is being automatically sent with the pin code to the given E-mail address. The user needs to fill in the code to the field on the mobile flow of the eCMR document and continue the process to sign the document.

The user is now able not only to verify him/herself via E-mail but also to share access and the PDF document via E-mail or SMS.

Recipient E-mail verification via mobile public flow

Step 1: Recipient QR code scanning

After the Driver signs the eCMR (electronic Consignment Note), the Recipient needs to accept the goods. The Driver will show the Recipient the QR code upon arrival at the unloading location. Once the Recipient scans the QR code he/she needs to select the preferred language to continue the process.

Step 2: Recipient verification via E-mail

On the next screen the Recipient needs to chose between the SMS and E-mail to verify him/herself. Once the user clicks on the E-mail icon and he/she is being requested to fill in his/her name and email address in order to receive the pin code for the verification.
