Feature Improvements
Mobile Pick-Up
This feature has been developed to allow LSPs, 3PLs & 4PLs to issue an eCMR document and initiate the process of signature from the Consignor by allowing the driver to arrive at the loading location and present to the Consignor the QR code for scanning.
This feature can be provided via API or implementation with our platform in case the Transport Assignment module is being used.
The driver is able to edit/add/remove items from the mobile device prior to the collection of the goods.
The driver can present the QR code to the Consignor and ask them to sign the eCMR or forward them the document via SMS or E-mail to perform the signature process on their desktop.
The Consignor can complete the signature process and hand over the electronic document to the driver to continue with the flow.
For detailed instructions on how to use this feature, please, visit the dedicate article for eCMR - Mobile Pick-up.
Consignor is able to upload/take pictures
During loading there are occasions where the loading operator or the consignor will need to add pictures as proof of secure loading or as evidence of broken boxes and other irregularities that were found during loading (ex. securing bar to lock the goods at the end of loading before sealing the truck door). In such cases the driver is not even present during loading and adding/taking pictures is not possible.
The Consignor can now add pictures on the Findings section prior signing the document. The pictures will also be printed on the PDF but also displayed into the document.
Ukrainian released as an additional Digital Transport Document language
The user upon scanning the QR code will have the possibility to select Ukrainian as the preferred language to proceed with the authentication among 20 others on the mobile flow.
Revoke Consignor Signature
