View ocean related info in the TO grid

carrier can now visualize on both grids (TO and SPOT) the ocean fields that comes from TOPS CT, such as: Forwarder, Shipping line, Booking reference, Master Bill of Lading, Booking status, Booking type, Container Yard Cut Off, Dangerous Goods Cut Off, Verified Gross Mass Cut Off, Vessel and Voyage.

View unassigned orders and get notifications whenever a TO is unassigned (cancelled)

carriers will be able to keep track of all the unassigned TOs and ensure that those TOs do not suddenly disappear without any trace or explanation (unassigned are the cancelled TO's on TOPS CT). If enabled, they will receive notifications whenever a TO is removed from their responsibility.

View and update new milestones

  • Full Container Gate In (FCI)

  • Empty Container Pick Up (ECP)

  • Empty Container Gate In (ECI)

  • Empty Container Gate Out (ECO)

  • Empty Container Delivery (ECD)

View multiple shipping containers in one TO

Carriers can now visualize the information related to multiple containers on a single TO. This information will be visible both on TO grid and TO details (where it was added a new section called 'Containers' on the Load details tab)

Show which MO's are linked to a shipping container

On the table 'Containers" present on the Load Details, carriers can visualize which material orders are on one shipping container and filter by MO.

Filter per container number on TO and SPOT grid

Carrier want to be able to find all TOs within a container, so they will be able to filter per container number on the TO and SPOT grid and get the list of all TO's linked to the container they are searching for.

Add Material Order Reference field to the MO level

Carriers can now visualize the material order reference that the supplier indicates on Customer Portal when creating an order (this field can be found on the Route details of the material order).

New stop icons

Stop icons for stops were revamped and updated, since new stops were added to the application.

Multiple bids

Carriers are now able to view and place multiple bids of a spot tender via the spot grid or inside the spot tender details.

New column named "Schedule" on the spot grid

This column contains the information of collection and delivery time of the transport order. This way carrier can immediately check the timings of the spot tender and conclude whether it's worth it to bid or not.

Upload documents to a specific MO

Now it's possible to upload documents not only on the TO level but also on the MO level.
