Mobile pick up via API
Our Digital Transport Documents public API allows you the possibility to connect to your own TMS system or any other system you are using to receive your transport orders, and issue your own eCMR document.
Using our API allows you to generate and manage all eCMR documents regardless of the source of information with the details received from your transport order.

Note: If you are using our Transporeon services to book your time slots for loading or unloading please, note that you can also use our public API for eCMR.
Mobile pick up via Transport Assignment
If you are already using our Platform to accept the transport orders from your different customers you can activate our eCMR solution and generate your own eCMRs based on this information without using the API.
In such case no additional effort is needed from your end. The information shared from your shipper on the transport order will be utilized automatically for the eCMR document to be generated so you can initiate the process of signing for the Consignor.

How does it work?
The moment the order has been confirmed to the shipper the eCMR document is being generated and it can be viewed and edited on your desktop account if needed.
If no changes need to be made, the eCMR document can be shared with your driver.
Once the driver arrives at the loading location (Consignor) opens the link to the eCMR document and the possibility to chose the preferred language to continue the flow appears on the screen.
Instructions for the driver to complete the mobile pick up process:
Step 1: Select the preferred language and click 'next' to continue with the process
Step 2: Chose the method of authentication (SMS or E-mail) and fill in the relevant fields to receive the verification code. Click on 'send' to continue
Step 3: Add the verification PIN you received and click on 'submit' to continue
Step 4: The goods that need to be loaded should have already been added
In case you need to add, edit or delete any items click on the relevant icons and make the necessary changes
Click 'next' to continue and hand over the process to the Consignor to sign the eCMR document
Instructions for the Consignor to sign the eCMR document:
Step 5: The Consignor needs to scan the QR code presented by the driver
Step 6: The Consignor needs to complete accordingly the authentication to comply with the EU regulation on eIDAS signatures between the Consignor and the Transport Company
Step 7: The Consignor can view the item details and confirm if everything went well during loading or report problems if any
Step 8: The Consignor can sign the document
Once the Consignor signs the eCMR document the Driver can continue with adding his own findings and signature. The process has been completed and the Driver can continue the journey to hand over the goods to the Consignee.
Cheers!
