Automations in the new Trips experience will function the same way, but instead of being associated with a specific Itinerary or Proposal, they are instead associated with a Trip.
To create an Automation or Task Reminder, or to import a Task List, just click on the Trip you'd like to add that to, and then click on the Tasks and Automations Tab:
Here's how to add an Automation to a Trip:
1. Click on Add
3. Click on Automation
Once you've done so, some options will appear. Click on Automation.
4. Customize the Automation
Clicking on Automation will bring up the Automation Menu, which allows you to customize the Automation.
You can customize the Automation to send the email trip invite or a form, who the invite or form is being sent to, as well as when the invite or form is sent.
