When you have multiple Proposals within a Trip, you can now send them both to your client and they can choose which one they'd like! You can also add up to five forms for your clients in a Decision.

After you've added some proposals and to a Trip, just follow the steps below to use the Decisions feature.

When in a trip, click on the +Add New button, and select Decision.

A menu will appear, allowing you to choose which proposals to display.

Once you've selected at least two proposals, click on Create Decision.

The screen that appears will display all three options, and allow you to add a summary or make changes before sending it to your traveler.

If you're happy with what you see, click on Continue in the top right corner.

After you click on Continue, the option will appear for you to add forms to this Decision.

​Note: Only forms you have already added to this Trip will appear here.

Just check the box on the forms you'd like to appear and then click on Continue to Send.

You can add their email and a custom message before sending, just like a regular Itinerary or Proposal invite.

Your traveler will receive an email as shown below:

After they've clicked on Review Proposals, they'll be able to see all three options, view the detailed itineraries, and select an option.

After they've selected and confirmed an option, they'll be able to review any forms that were attached as well.

They will receive an email copy of the Proposal they've chosen, and so will you!
