Can I Limit Access to View the Itinerary While Editing or Once the Itinerary is Complete?

Trip visibility and limiting access for clients to view itinerary or proposal that was shared with them

Yes! If you would like to limit access for a traveler to view an itinerary or proposal that you shared with them, it can be done in a few places.

In the Itinerary settings, and in the Trip View.

In the Itinerary Settings

1. Go to the Itinerary Settings

You can get to the Trip Settings by clicking either on the name of the itinerary, or on the Settings button at the top of the screen.

2. Click on Hidden

At the top of the trip settings, there will be a Visibility setting. Set that to Hidden!

3. Save your changes

Now just click on Save Changes.

In the Trip View

1. Click on the Trip

Click on the Trip that contains the Itinerary/Proposal you want to hide.

2. Click on the Eye

Clicking on the Eye icon as shown below will make an Itinerary/Proposal visible or hidden.

This icon means that the Itinerary/Proposal is visible:


This icon means that the Itinerary/Proposal is hidden:
