If your client attempts to view the shareable itinerary and it doesn't appear for them, you will want to make sure that the trip itinerary is Visible and not Hidden.
To change the Visibility of a trip, you can change Visibility in three different areas. Read on to learn about each option.
Option 1:
The first is in the expanded Trip Side Bar. First, click on the Trip, which opens up the Expanded Trip Sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. Under Proposals & Itineraries click on the Itinerary and you will see an "eye" icon to the right of the Itinerary title.

Option 2:
The second option is in the expanded Trip Side Bar under Settings. First, click on the Trip, which opens up the Expanded Trip Sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. Under Proposals & Itineraries click on the Itinerary and click on Settings to the right. In Settings you can adjust Visibility as seen below:
Option 3:
The third option is in Settings in the Trip Builder. First, click on the Trip, which opens up the Expanded Trip Sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen. Under Proposals & Itineraries click on the Itinerary and click on Edit to the right. This will take you into the Trip Builder and you can click on Settings at the very top. In Settings you can adjust Visibility as seen below:
