If your client attempts to view the shareable itinerary and it doesn't appear for them, you will want to make sure that the trip itinerary is Visibile and not "Hidden".

To change the visibility of a trip, you can edit this setting from your main dashboard by clicking on the trip and on the right-hand side toggler the "Hidden" or "Visible" setting.

You can also update the trip's visibility in the trip settings, like this:

Pro Tip: You can always see if the trip's visibility is visible or hidden by viewing the green or red symbol next to the trip's name:

Red = Hidden
Green = Visible
