Yes! Once each traveler has accessed their itinerary in the Trip Plans mobile app they can tap on the chat icon on the top right corner like this: 

Chat icon not there? Be sure that you have the chat option turned on, like this.

The traveler will then be asked to create an account or sign in if they have already created one. We ask for them to create an account so that we can associate who is chatting within the group chat.
