Yes! Once you've accessed your itinerary in the Trip Plans mobile app you can tap on the chat icon on the top right corner like this: 

Chat icon not there? Let your travel agent know they can turn this feature on, like this.

To chat, you will first need to create an account or sign in if you already have one. You'll want to use the same email that your travel agent has used to invite you to the itinerary. We do this so we can associate who is chatting within the group chat.
