When building an Itinerary, you can choose to hide Events from Views.
Hiding an Event allows you to take your time building or editing items on the itinerary before allowing your clients to view those items.
When the Main Itinerary View is selected, hiding an Event will hide that Event from all travelers. No travelers will be able to see the Event after you have hidden it.
When a Traveler View is selected, those Events are only visible to the specific Traveler, so hiding an Event in a Traveler View hides that Event from that specific Traveler.
To hide an Event, just choose the view the Event is on, and hover your mouse over it. A few options will appear, and you can click the three dots to the left, and choose the Hide Event option:
