In this article we'll cover how to make an Invoice within a Trip.
You can watch a video or follow the step-by-step instructions below. Let's get started!
1. Go the the Trip
Click on the Trip you'd like to add this Invoice to.
2. Click on +Add New
Click on +Add New in the bottom left-hand corner of the Trip.
3. Click on Supplier Invoice
Select Supplier Invoice from the options that appear.
4. Add Information to Invoice
You can add a title to the invoice, and begin to add items, descriptions, and costs!
5. Add a payment schedule
After you've added the items, descriptions, and costs you want to appear on the Invoice, just check the Use payment schedule box, and you'll be able to split the cost of the invoice into separate parts with different due dates!
For this example, I've split this Supplier Invoice into two parts: a deposit, and a final payment.
6. Add additional information
You can then add your Terms and Conditions, or attach documents as needed!
7. Send the Invoice
When you've added all that's needed, just click on the Send button at the top:
