1. Select the Invoice
Select the Trip that contains the invoice, then make sure the invoice is selected.
2. Mark the Invoice as Paid
To mark an invoice as paid, go to the "Authorizations" tab, click the ellipses on the right side, and choose "Mark as Paid" from the dropdown menu. This will change the status from "Unauthorized" to "Paid."
Note: You are only able to do this once the invoice is sent.
3. Go to Preview
You can check to see what the paid invoice will look like for the client by clicking the "Preview" button.
