With Travefy's new Gmail integration, you can now set up your Travefy account with your Gmail to send and receive emails with clients directly in Travefy!
Before we get started, please note that you cannot create a Gmail account within Travefy, but it needs to be a pre-existing account.
What we will discuss in this article:
Setting up Gmail Integration
1. Go to Any Contact Profile
2. Click on the Email Tab
The Email tab will appear on the right-hand side of the contact profile:
3. Click on "Sign In With Google"
4. Select the Gmail Account you'd like to use
Any Gmail account that you are signed in to will appear.
5. Click Continue and Accept Permissions
6. Choose the "Select all" button and click Continue again
Sending an email
1. Select a Contact and Navigate to the Email tab, then start Composing!
Note: You must have an email listed for the contact to compose an email
2. Type out your Email and then "Send Message" or select "Save as Draft"
3. To Access that Email and it's Content, Click into it!
Can I see Previously Sent Emails?
Yes! Any emails you've previously sent from your connected Gmail account to a client will show up under the Email tab for that contact. Likewise, any emails you send to a contact through Travefy will also appear in your Gmail account.
