With Travefy's new Outlook integration, you can now set up your Travefy account with your Gmail to send and receive emails with clients directly in Travefy!
Before we get started, please note:
You cannot create a Outlook account within Travefy, but it needs to be a pre-existing account.
Your Outlook email account must be natively setup and hosted through Outlook and not just accessed through Outlook.
Setting up Outlook Integration
1. Go to Any Contact Profile
2. Click on the Email Tab
The Email tab will appear on the right-hand side of the contact profile:
3. Click on "Sign In With Microsoft"
4. You will be prompted to sign into your Microsoft account
5. You will be prompted to allow Travefy to have access to your Microsoft Account - Click "Accept".
You may then be prompted to log back into your Travefy account once accepting the access through Outlook.
Sending an email
1. Select a Contact and Navigate to the Email tab, then start Composing!
Note: You must have an email listed for the contact to compose an email
2. Type out your Email and then "Send Message" or select "Save as Draft"
3. To Access that Email and it's Content, Click into it!
Can I see Previously Sent Emails?
Yes! Any emails you've previously sent from your connected Gmail account to a client will show up under the Email tab for that contact. Likewise, any emails you send to a contact through Travefy will also appear in your Gmail account.
