Travefy now has the ability to track commissions!
To find this feature, you can click on your name in the top right corner, and then clicking on the Commissions option that appears:
Let's go over the basics:
How do I make a new Commission record to Track?
You can make a Commission record in two ways: Manually, or through an Invoice.
Let's go over how to do it manually first:
1. Go to Commissions
To find your Commissions, just click on your name in the top right corner, and then the Commissions option:
2. Click on + New Commission
The Commissions screen will show you all the Commissions you've created, what is outstanding, what is overdue, etc
3. Add Information
A screen will appear that allows you to enter information about this booking:
4. Click on Save and Close
After you've added the information, you can click on Save and Close in the bottom right-hand corner to save what you've made.
And now from an Invoice:
1. Go to the Invoice
Go to the Invoice on the Trip that you would like to add to your Commissions. This can be any invoice, one sent or not.
Note: The Commission will not appear in your list until the Invoice is sent to the traveler.
2. Click on the Dollar Sign
Click on the small, grey dollar sign to the right of the line item in the invoice.
3. Add Information
A screen will appear that allows you to enter information about this booking:
4. Click on Save and Close
After you've added the information, you can click on Save and Close in the bottom right-hand corner to save what you've made.
How do I mark a Commission record as paid?
1. Go to that Commission
Find the Commission that you're wanting to mark as paid.
2. Click on the More(...) button
The More(...) button will be on the right-hand side, and depending on the size of your window, you may need to use the scroll bar to scroll to the right.
3. Click Receive Payment
When you click on the More button, three options will appear:
View Details
Receive Payment
Delete
Click on Receive Payment.
4. Enter amount and date
The screen that appears will allow you to enter the payment amount and the payment date.
5. Click on Save and Close
How do I delete a Commission record?
1. Go to that Commission
Find the Commission that you're wanting to mark as paid.
2. Click on the More(...) button
The More(...) button will be on the right-hand side, and depending on the size of your window, you may need to use the scroll bar to scroll to the right.
3. Click Delete
When you click on the More button, three options will appear:

Receive Payment
Delete
