Who receives the form response email depends on how the form is sent. For example, if Team Member 1 (TM1) owns the form and Team Member 2 (TM2) emails it to a client, TM2 will receive the response since it was sent from their account. However, if TM2 shares the form using the link option, the response will go to the form owner (TM1).
To make sure the person sending the form gets the email notification, you can either use the “Email Form to Clients” button or create a copy of the form so that the sender becomes the new owner.
