Reconciling commissions is only half the job. Once payouts go out, keeping track of what’s actually been paid—and making sure your advisors have clear visibility—can quickly turn into another manual, easy-to-miss process.
Travefy Payouts give you a clean way to close the loop. Mark bookings as disbursed the moment commissions are paid, so nothing gets lost, nothing gets duplicated, and no one is left guessing.
Just a clear, reliable record of what’s been handled and what still needs attention.
Note: Payment is not processed through Travefy, only tracked.
Here's how to begin using it:
1. Navigate to your Bookings
First click on your name up at the top right of your account, and then select Bookings from the drop-down menu that appears:
2. Select the Outgoing tab
Click the 'Outgoing' tab at the top of the Bookings page. This will bring you to all of your current Payouts.
3. Click on +New Payout
To create a new Payout, select the '+ New Payout' button up on the left hand side.
Bonus: If you’re trying to find previously created Payouts, use the filters and column options to customize your view and quickly narrow down to the exact payout you need. You can also use the search bar to pull up exactly what you need.

4. Add Bookings
At the top of the Payout window, enter a name and choose the date you want associated with it. Then, add Bookings by selecting + Add to Payout next to each one on the right.
Use filters, columns, and/or the search bar to quickly pull up the Booking(s) to add to your Payout.
5. Click Continue
Once you've selected the Bookings you'd like to add, click on the Continue button.
6. Disburse
Once you have paid out your agent for their Booking, you can come back into your Payout and select + Disburse on the right hand side of the booking.
7. Click Close Payout
Once you've added the Bookings to payouts that you'd like, and have marked them as Disbursed, just click on Close Payout and you're all finished! The Disbursed status will now show on the Booking for both you and your advisor's view.
Payouts bring clarity to the final step of your commission workflow. Once payments are sent, you have a single place to track what’s been disbursed and what’s still outstanding—without the follow-ups or second guessing. It’s a simpler, more reliable way to keep your records accurate and your advisors informed.
