When you send an itinerary to an email directly from Travefy, we automatically save the client's name that you associated with that email address. In return, this name will always populate to an itinerary that has been emailed to that email address again. 

For example, if you email an itinerary to the email address xyz@gmail.com and list the client's name as "Bob", the next time that you send an itinerary to xyz@gmail.com you will see Bob's name listed again. 

Please note, your client's do not see this, only you will on your end. To change the name associated with an email address, email us at Professional@Travefy.com and provide the email address with the correct name and we can update it on our end.
