1:1 Training Sessions: Scheduling and Availability

Each session is 20 minutes with a dedicated Travefy trainer. To make the most of your time, we recommend choosing one main topic or workflow to focus on.

Topics you might cover:

1:1 training is available to all active Travefy subscribers.

Appointments are offered on a rolling 7-day basis, first come first-serve. You may have one session scheduled per rolling 7-day window. Once your session takes place and the window passes, you can book again.

If more than one appointment is booked within the same window, the additional session may be automatically canceled.

This policy helps us keep appointment times available for as many users as possible across the Travefy community.

You're welcome to request a specific trainer by leaving a note when you book. Trainer schedules vary, so your preferred trainer may not always be available.

Training sessions focus on education, workflow guidance, and learning how to use Travefy. For technical issues, unexpected behavior, account questions, or troubleshooting, reach out to the Travefy Support team directly.

You don't need to wait for a training appointment:

Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. Canceling early gives another user the chance to grab that time.
