What is the lifetime subscription giveaway?
If you had a paid Travefy Core or Premium subscription on Oct 31, 2026, you're already entered to win a lifetime seat on a Travefy Core subscription. There's nothing to sign up for, and no purchase is necessary.

This is our way of saying thank you to the advisors who make the Travefy community what it is. Every referral still earns your normal referral credit, so there's no downside to sharing your code.
Who can enter and who can refer

*If your Travefy account is provided through a host agency, you aren't entered in the giveaway and referral credit doesn't apply, since your agency manages your subscription. You can still share your referral code: colleagues who buy their own Travefy Core or Premium subscription with it get 25% off.
White label and API accounts aren’t eligible for the giveaway or the Referral Program.
Free trials don't count as a paid subscription. To win, your account must still be active and in good standing when the winner is drawn on Dec 8, 2026.
How entries work
The winner is drawn at random, and every entry you earn adds to your chances.

For example, if you share a written story, a video story, and refer two colleagues, you'd have 56 entries (1 + 5 + 10 + 40).
We don't share individual entry totals during the giveaway.
Referrals
Share your referral code, and a colleague who buys their own Travefy subscription gets 25% off. You earn 20 entries for each one, plus account credit if you pay for Travefy directly.

What you get
20 entries for each successful referral, with no limit, through Dec 4, 2026.
25% of what your colleague pays, added as credit to your Travefy billing account. This is the standard Referral Program reward, and it continues after the giveaway.
What counts as a successful referral
They buy a subscription (not just start a free trial or create an account) by Dec 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.
They enter your code at checkout. If they use another discount code or no code, you don't earn credit or entries.
They're new to Travefy. Former subscribers count only if they canceled on or before Oct 31, 2026.
They buy a Core or Premium subscription directly. Purchases through white label, API, volume or host agency licenses don't count.
They keep their subscription. If it's canceled or refunded before Dec 7, 2026, those entries are removed.
Self-referrals and duplicate accounts don't count.
If a colleague buys after Dec 4, you still earn the usual credit, but no entries.

Share your story
Tell us how Travefy fits into your business: a trip you're proud of, a client moment, or how you work. A written story earns 5 entries and a video story earns 10 (one of each per person).
Use the email address on your Travefy account so we can match your story to you.
How stories are approved and featured:
Approval earns your entries: We approve stories based only on whether they're authentic and appropriate, never on whether they're positive. Your entries are added once your story is approved.
Featuring is a separate choice: We may feature some stories, for example at the Holiday Party webinar or on our website. Your entries are the same whether or not your story is featured. We'll ask you before featuring your story, and featured stories will note that they were shared as part of this giveaway.

The prize
One winner gets a lifetime seat on a Travefy Core subscription at no cost, for as long as the subscription stays active.
If you're on Core, your subscription becomes free for life.
If you're on Premium, you can keep Premium and pay only the difference between Core and Premium annual pricing, or move to Core and pay nothing.
To claim the prize, reply within 30 days of the email we send on Dec 8, 2026.
If the subscription is canceled for any reason, the prize ends and can't be reinstated.
The prize can't be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or credit.
